About Me

As Head of Legal at CGPH Banque d’affaires, I work alongside entrepreneurs, institutional investors, family offices and advisors who are not looking for ordinary legal advice, but for strategic legal guidance capable of turning complex business visions into structured, bankable, and market-ready transactions.

After earning my Law degree from the University of Turin, I pursued advanced studies with a Master’s in European Legal Studies, followed by a Master’s in Tax Law from the Università Cattolica of Milan, and later an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University School of Law in New York. During my time in the U.S., I gained hands-on international experience at top-tier law firms.

🇺🇸 In the United States, I served as Corporate Legal Associate Counsel at New York International Capital, LLC (NYIC), a boutique investment banking firm focused on capital markets, M&A, and venture finance. At the same time, I worked as Associate Counsel at Tosolini, Lamura, Rasile & Toniutti LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm, where I advised on corporate governance, international contracts, tax matters for foreign investments, and business immigration—assisting corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals in accessing the U.S. market.

Back in Europe, I practiced between Milan and Paris, focusing on cross-border transactions, investment vehicles for alternative assets, and innovative capital-raising tools, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and tax structuring.

Today, in my current role, I support the structuring and execution of complex transactions through an interdisciplinary, deal-oriented approach. From SPV formation and club deals to the negotiation of equity and debt instruments, all the way to drafting framework agreements, I follow the entire transaction lifecycle in full compliance with applicable regulations and the ethical principles of the legal profession.

I carefully select the mandates I take on—not every idea deserves to become a deal. What I look for is a combination of vision, substance, and execution capacity. Because law, when properly applied, is not just a support function—it’s a driver of value and acceleration.
